MVA’s New Senior Leadership Awards 2025

MVA will be hosting an evening of celebration to recognise the hard work, dedication and achievements of leaders, whose work in the voluntary sector has transformed the lives of individuals and communities in Medway.

As the Infrastructure organisation for the VCSEF in Medway, MVA has been collaborating with, and supporting, so many incredible organisations for over 20 years and is excited to be able to acknowledge individuals who have made significant contributions to developing the sector.
We will be inviting nominations for the following award categories in the New Year:

• Pioneering Leadership
• Outstanding collaboration within the sector
• Generous and Inspiring Leadership within the sector
• Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Intersectionality
• Exceptional CEO/Director of Micro to Small Organisation (under £100k)
• Exceptional CEO/Director of medium to large organisation (£100k - £1m)
• Exceptional leader of a Volunteer Led organisation
• Exceptional Trustee / Most progressive / Dynamic
• Lifetime Achievement
• People’s Choice
