The Philip and Connie Phillips Foundation is making a call for applications to its Grants Programme that supports local charities who can show their impact on the health and wellbeing of their community.
The
Philip and Connie Phillips Foundation was created to further the charitable intentions set out in the wills of Philip and Connie Phillips, who were both long term residents of Kent.
The Foundation makes grants to support charities in the county who demonstrate their impact on the health and wellbeing of their local community.
The Foundation has the following
funding priority areas:
- Elderly and Isolated - to support charities working with people who are elderly and isolated, particularly in rural areas.
- Homelessness - supporting charities who help people who are homeless, lack stable accommodation or are in insecure or vulnerable housing.
- Combatting the effects of deprivation – to support charities who are combatting the effects of deprivation such as food and hygiene poverty or provide support for vulnerable families.
- People with a long-term health condition or disability - They fund charities who support people living with disabilities and long-term health conditions.
The Foundation says their grants can be used to support general running costs, volunteer costs, salaries and project costs.
The Deadline for applications is 30th May 2023.
