First Stage Applications are now being accepted by
The Co-op Foundation for its Future Communities Fund which they recently launched.
The Co-op Foundation’s definition of diverse is people who have experience of being marginalised in society.
The Foundation say this marginalisation can be because of their race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status, or any other attribute that impacts their inclusion.
Funding is now available from the first round of the
Future Communities Fund, designed to encourage organisations to share power with young people to create more inclusive, diverse, and equitable communities.
The Foundation say this funding is open to charities who have young people’s voices from all backgrounds and abilities at the core of their delivery.
Other forms of funding are being made available, and interested groups are also encouraged to
sign up to The Foundation's blog to be kept informed of when new funds launch.
The deadline for first stage applications is midday on Friday 23rd December 2022.
