The Kent & Medway Suicide Prevention Steering Group and Better Mental Health Network have pulled together all their resources into a FREE and easy-to-access platform.
The teams created from both
Medway Council and
Kent County Council provide support and treatment in the community to people of all ages who experience any concerns with their mental health.
The team recently announced they have pulled together all their Suicide Prevention resources – including material for
Release the Pressure, briefing papers, and training guides - into one handy
space for healthcare professionals and other interested parties.
The
Kent and Medway Integrated Care System (KMICS) also have further resources, where visitors can find information about local support services for
Mental Health and Wellbeing.
MVA have also launched a series of workshops aimed at developing skills and confidence within communities to talk about mental health and wellbeing and to be more able to support each other in seeking help.
