One Stop continue their call for applications to offer funding aimed at helping projects that improve upon the lives of less fortunate people or those in greatest need.
As reported
previously, One Stop are working with national organisation
Groundwork to deliver a programme to offer community funding and begin a partnership with local One Stop stores.
Their Community Partnership Programme is designed to support community groups or organisations that operate near a One Stop store and are working to deliver solutions that:
- Tackle food poverty
- Support the vulnerable, the elderly, or low-income families
- Run youth sports teams or similar activity
Alongside the grant, Groundwork says a long-term tailored programme of support would also be given by the
One Stop Community Team and One Stop Store Team.
At the time of writing, there was no recognised deadline, suggesting this is a Continuous Rolling Programme and applications can be accepted at any time.
