National charity The King’s Fund are presenting a FREE online course, offering attendees an insight to understanding their own health and wellbeing, as well as how to offer support to their colleagues.
The Pandemic brought exceptional pressures on the health and social care workforce. This has shown to be increasing continued inequalities and other challenges among staff.
So, in protecting, supporting, and promoting the health and wellbeing of staff, the role of a manager and leader has never been more necessary or more urgent.
As part of their many
Leadership Development Programmes, The King’s Fund are offering a FREE online course where attendees can develop their understanding of their personal health and wellbeing.
This FREE three-week programme will also guide attendees to better lead and support their colleagues, their team, and their organisation.
This programme is one of many FREE courses exclusively sourced by
North Kent Training Service (NKTS), the training arm of MVA. More
details are available at the
Training Section on the MVA
website.
