Kent charity
Bright Shadow are offering people living with Dementia a safe, accessible and creative place to helping them continue leading a fulfilling life.
Would you like to have a joyful place to go to make new friends and share experiences, all in a fun and supportive environment?
Then why not try
Zest Medway, a group for people living with or affected by dementia meeting at the
Sunlight Centre, Gillingham every
Tuesday morning, from 10am till 12pm.
Bright Shadow say anyone who attends doesn’t need to have previous creative experience, and the organisers won’t put any limitations on what visitors can do.
They say they offer people who attend the opportunity to try something new and perhaps reawaken a hidden talent or even discover a new passion.
Bright Shadow say they’ll always have a chat over a 'tea and biscuits' at the end of each session, and their friendly Zest Coordinator will make sure that whatever they do doing each week that visitors are in their element.
“You come in feeling low and you leave on a high…” Gill Butchard, Bright Shadow Trustee
