Do you need funding for your project or charity? Do you know where to start? Do you want to improve your skills and find new funders? Are you struggling to put your ideas into a format that might appeal to funders? can you improve your success rate? MVA?s funding and marketing club will offer professional and peer support to help guide you through applying for funding, will help you to figure out what your options are and de-mystify the grant application process. We will look at what funders want; how to identify sources of funding; how to present your ideas and how to approach funders. Alternating guest speaker and training with a peer support working session (bring your laptops and applications and we will work together on your applications). Last Tuesday of the month, with some exceptions for holidays.(Peer working together morning?s every other month - bring you laptop and your applications) 9.30am-12pm and costs just ?24 per year. What you can expect to learn

• A regular online support session - offering fundraising and marketing related learning opportunities, support surgeries, networking opportunities and peer support working sessions (bring your laptops and applications and we will work together on your applications).
• One-to-one support - one hour of personal support delivered by experienced MVA staff.
• Regular fundraising & marketing news and information bulletin - including peer-generated questions and answers and updates.

MEMBERSHIP FREE FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS (in response to Covid-19) The usual annual Membership fee for the Club is discounted for MVA Members to just ?24 +VAT (full price for non-members is ?240 +VAT). The Membership Fee is payable in advance for the period 1/3/20-28/2/21? Members can join at any time throughout the year, but the full annual fee remains payable. In the unlikely event the delivery of the Club should need to be cancelled, MVA will offer a pro-rata refund of the Membership Fee.
